Here's how to find out more about Christchurch and let us know more about you: Admission to Christchurch School is based upon thorough review of the applicant's recommendations, questionnaires, transcripts, testing and a personal interview. Our goal is to make this process easy and smooth for you. Applications received by February 1 are notified of our first-round admission decision on March 10.  Applications are welcome after February 1 for consideration on a space-available basis. 

1. INQUIRE  Complete and return the online inquiry.  Let us know you're interested and we will send you admission materials and add you to our correspondence lists. Let us know more about your areas of interests so we can connect you with coaches and program leaders.

2. APPLY  We encourage all applicants to apply online. We ask that all international applicants apply online. Using the online application is easy to do! It also allows us to process your application thoroughly, reduces paper usage, and gives you access to the process 24 hours a day. Simply click on the online application link, establish a user name and password and complete the forms. The non-refundable online application fee of $50.00 can be paid by credit card. Download the Transcript/Testing Request form and submit it to the applicant's current school registrar. Distribute recommendation forms to the applicant's head/principal/guidance counselor, current English and Math teachers, and to a personal reference, with stamped envelopes addressed as follows: Admission Office Christchurch School 49 Seahorse Lane Christchurch, VA 23031 Recommendation forms can also be faxed to the admission office (804-758-0721) or scanned and emailed to admission@christchurchschool.org.

3. VISIT/INTERVIEW  Contact the Admission Office via phone (804-758-2306) or request to schedule an interview and campus tour. Interviews are scheduled Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. when school is in session. School visits include a campus tour, introduction to various administrators, students, coaches and teachers, a comprehensive review of our curriculum, and interview time with an admission counselor. International families are encouraged to schedule an interview with the admission office that will take place via SKYPE.

4. TAKE THE SSAT  Register online to take the SSAT Test at SSAT.  Request that scores be sent to Christchurch School (SSAT code #2422). English as a Second Language Program (ESL) and International Applicants  are required to take the SSAT (if available) the SLEP or the ILTS.  Non-native English speaking applicants may also submit a current Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL score report.  Request that scores be reported to Christchurch School (TOEFL code #1634). Learning Skills Program (LSP) Applicants should also submit his/her most recent psychological-educational evaluation.
