Despite the rain, Great Journeys Day was a terrific success. Students and faculty enjoyed classes in watercoloring, poetry, pottery, and photojournalism. Others worked at the foodbank in Aylett, worked with the Refugee Resettlement Program in Richmond, and helped build a park for Friends of the Lower Appomattox River.
