Bailey '02
Bailey is Vice President for Operations at willa. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and a degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Washington and Lee University. Before moving to willa, she was an analyst for Lehman Brothers.

Jessica '02
Jessica is a veterinary medicine student at Ross University in St. Kitts. Ever the explorer, she studied abroad in Mongolia as an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia.

Lillian '02
Lillian is Art Director for Crowley Webb, a marketing and advertising firm in Buffalo, NY. She also has her own Design and Illustration Company. Lillian is a graduate of The College of William & Mary.

Katelyn '04 
After earning a college degree in music, Katelyn struck out to see the world. She combines an appetite for adventure with her singing, dancing and acting skills as a lead performer for Carnival Cruise Lines.

Ragan '08
Ragan is completing her Ph.D. in Public Health Genetics at the University of Washington. She was recipient of the President's Award at Auburn University, where she specialized in Exercise Science. Ragan was a researcher at the National Institutes of Health and the Seattle Institute for Biomedical and Clinical Research, and earned her Master's Degree in Genetic Epidemiology.

Hannah '08
Hannah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Political Science and Government/Russian Language, Culture and Literature. While at Penn she was involved with the West Philadelphia Tutoring Program. She is a research assistant at the Foreign Policy Research Institute as well as a business analyst at Shearman & Sterling in New York, NY.

Sky '12
Sky majors in Public Relations and Image Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. She studied abroad last year at Paris-Sorbonne University. Sky writes for RVA Magazine and is a blogger for Shockoe Commerce Group.

Ned '04
As an undergraduate at VA Tech, Ned was Chief Justice of the Corps of Cadets Honor Committee. From there, Ned's sense of adventure coupled with exceptional leadership skills led him to the Coast Guard, where he became a Master of Steam and Motor Vessels. Ned is now a Lieutenant and Commanding Officer of the USCG Cutter Washington. 
Devin '14
In his first year with the Florida Gators, Devin was named to the SEC's All-Freshman basketball team. At 6'8", he started 17 games as a freshman and appeared in every contest.

Michael '05
Michael returned to the Northern Neck from Montana, where he played lacrosse and earned a degree in environmental science from the University of Montana. He worked "sun up to sun down" building Windmill Point Oyster Company. He now runs the farm with six employees, and supplies the tasty delicacies to restaurants and fresh markets in VA, MD and Washington, DC.

Lauren '12
Lauren studies engineering - Civil and Environmental Engineering - at the University of Virginia. She has a passion for green engineering, and belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers and the Trigon Engineering Society.

Jackie '14
Jackie is a sophomore at The University of the South: Sewanee, where she studies Chinese and plays field hockey.

Matt '07
Matt was captain of the rowing team at the United States Naval Academy, where he studied Ocean Engineering. Matt competed with the US National Team at the 2007 FISA World Rowing Junior Championships in Beijing, China.

Ben '02
With a degree in Biology and Wildlife Science from VA Tech and a Master's Degree in Zoology, Ben has parlayed a lifelong love of nature into a career as Regional Biologist VA/MD/WV for Ducks Unlimited.

Michael '02
Michael played sprint football while earning a degree in Bioengineering from Cornell University. He graduated from VCU Medical School and following an internship in general surgery at Loyola University Medical Center, now specializes in orthopaedic surgery at Albany Medical Center.

Clay '01
Filmmaker Clay Haskell divides his time between homes in Los Angeles and France. He specializes in underwater and aerial cinematography and has worked with such clients as Eurosport, Taylor Swift, Summer Rayne Oakes, and with the TV comedy-drama "Louie."


Brent '01
After working with Lily Pulitzer brand to launch the men's division, Brent became co-proprietor and creative director for Charles and Patrick of Georgetown, a high end neckwear company that produces official ties for The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) and the Kentucky Derby.

Jo '12
Jo is co-creator of the University of Virginia's first-ever and wildly successful, annual music festival, Corner Indie Fest. She is a music major and Spanish/religious studies minor, and is involved with HackCville, a startup think tank for "creative types and entrepreneurs" and the "It's on Us" campaign.

William '12
William is a senior at Hampden-Sydney College, where he studies biology and environmental science and plays defensive end on the football team. Last summer, he was the only college student to earn a prestigious internship with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on Pea Island and the Alligator River Wildlife Refuge in Manteo, NC.

Cade '12
Captain of the Hamilton College football team, Cade studies organic chemistry and economics. After a year studying abroad in Italy, Cade spent the summer in NYC, working as a legal intern at Davis Polk and Wardwell.

Kyle '10
Kyle is an inventor and industrial designer who has appeared on Shark Tank with one of his products. He is a product designer for Resonate, founder ofPrintocracy and a guest author who shares industry insights in 3D Printing Industry magazine. Kyle is inspired to create designs that go beyond sustainability and actually "contribute." He believes that everything can be improved upon, whether aesthetically or functionally.

Henry '08
Henry graduated magna cum laude from University of Richmond School of Law and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif for finishing in the top 10% of his class. He works for CowanGates, practicing civil and criminal litigation and eminent domain.

Peter '08
Peter studied International Business at Rhodes College, where he played lacrosse and was president of Kappa Alpha. He started Promise Water while still in school - 100% of proceeds go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Peter is the founder of SAM: Socially Advanced Marketing.

Deion '08
An Under Armour All-American, Deion went on to play wide receiver at The University of Notre Dame and University of Massachusetts. He is a manager at Scout Exchange in Chicago.


Grant '96
As the senior copywriter at The Wonderful Company, Grant was responsible for making us laugh with the Stephen Colbert/Wonderful Pistachios ad. He has been super successful in pairing a wickedly funny sense of humor with a degree in business and economics to come out ahead as a freelance copywriter in the greater Los Angeles area. Prior to adventuring out on his own, Grant was Art Director for Deutsch and BBDO Worldwide.
