Running, the world's oldest sport, is the perfect way to stay fit, train at any level of intensity, compete in races, or condition yourself for a future athletic season. This is a non-competitive and individualized program for physical fitness.
Daily sessions include dynamic warmup, running drills, core-strengthening exercises, jogging to build stamina, cross-training and when, appropriate, quality training such as interval work and threshold running.
Participants train at their own levels and maintain training logs to track improvement.
